The Abuja Division of Appeal Court on Friday affirmed the election of Uba Sani as duly elected Governor of Kaduna State.
The Kaduna State governorship election petition tribunal had cancelled Governor Sani’s election victory.
Isah Ashiru, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, challenged Sani’s victory in court.
Similarly, another division of the Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has also affirmed the election of Francis Nwifuru as Governor of Ebonyi State.
The judgement was delivered by a three-man panel on Friday.
